Heir Certified Return and Refund Policy

At Heir Certified, we're committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, and we'll gladly issue a full refund.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• No official travel tickets, hotel reservations, or other travel arrangements for on-site training or consultations can have been made by the Heir Certified coach prior to the cancellation request.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@heircertified.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
