Heir Certified Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Heir Certified offers various purchase options for your convenience, including subscriptions, and pre-orders. This policy explains how these options work and how you can change or cancel your purchases.

Subscriptions

  • Recurring Access: When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive ongoing access to our digital courses. The duration and frequency of your access depend on the subscription plan you choose.
  • Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each billing cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance for the entire subscription period.
  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent renewal.
  • Cancellation: To cancel or change your subscription, simply click the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

  • Future Access: Pre-orders allow you to purchase access to digital courses that are not yet available.
  • Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout. We will store your payment method securely and charge the full or remaining amount when the course becomes available.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order for a digital course at any time before the course is released. Once the course is released, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Important Notes:

  • Digital Products: All of our courses are delivered digitally. Once you have accessed a course, it is non-refundable, except as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
