This course was extremely helpful to understand the basics of sound science. Most times people get taught very quickly and just learn to set their PA system and go. This helped me understand the foundation.

I have studied a lot of these things on my own, but this was a good refresher for me. Some things I really loved were the charts depicting instruments and their respective frequencies and general compression/gate settings that were downloadable in the assignment sections, along with the resources provided to see what type of equipment is recommended for the church, based on its size/layout.
